Shipping, Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with Roll Safe Hygiene. This policy explains how we handle shipping, returns, and refunds for purchases made through our website (https://rollsafehygiene.com).


1. Shipping Information

Processing Time

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays). Orders placed after 2 pm or on weekends will be processed the next working day.

Delivery Times

  • UK Standard Delivery: 2–4 business days
  • UK Express Delivery: 1–2 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier delays or circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and clearly displayed before payment is made. Orders over a promotional threshold (where applicable) may qualify for free delivery.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (if applicable).

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at contact@rollsafehygiene.com. We will work with our delivery partners to locate your parcel and arrange a replacement or refund if it cannot be found.


2. Returns Eligibility

Due to the nature of our product — a personal hygiene spray — we can only accept returns that meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • Both the outer packaging and inner seal must be intact and unbroken.

⚠️ Once the inner seal has been broken, the item is no longer eligible for return or refund for hygiene and safety reasons.


3. How to Return an Item

To start a return, please contact us at contact@rollsafehygiene.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for return postage unless the product is faulty or damaged upon arrival.
  • We recommend using a tracked delivery service to ensure your return reaches us safely.

4. Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Refunds cover the product cost only. Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the item was defective or sent in error.


5. Damaged or Faulty Items

If your product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund as appropriate, at no cost to you.
